Password Expiry – Don’t Get Locked Out

It is CROSSMARK Policy worldwide, for employee passwords to expire every 180 days.

The below notes explain how you can ensure that you are not locked out of resources such as Email and StoreTrack, when your password is about to expire.

14 days before your password expires, you will start receiving daily emails to remind you.

Your CROSSMARK password will expire in 14 days.

If your password expires, you will not be able to access any CROSSMARK applications.

When you click on the link (above), you will be asked for your CROSSMARK email, and then asked to authenticate using various methods.

This could be via a code sent to your mobile phone, or answers to questions you have set up when you first logged in.

Once you are authenticated, you will be taken to a screen where you can set your own password.

The minimum password requirements are

Complexity	3 of 4 (Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers, Special Characters)
Password Length	8 or more Characters
Passwords will expire in	180 Days
No Reuse of Passwords	Last 12 Passwords

Please Note: It is a requirement that all employees attempt to reset their own passwords, before logging a ticket with the IT Helpdesk
